Dinner for my friends: April 2011

Radishes with anchovy butter on sourdough bread

Iberico lomo (tenderloin?) that I bought in Spain
One local cheese and two sheeps milk cheese from Spain
Tzatziki

























Red cabbage and alfalfa slaw

Main course was a roasted leg of lamb stuffed with a chimichurri type marinade but I forgot to take a photo!
